Gaugebit — Refund Policy

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Due to the digital nature of Gaugebit Pro, all license purchases are final and non-refundable.

1. Digital Product Policy

Gaugebit Pro is a digital product delivered instantly upon successful payment via a license key activation. Because digital items cannot be physically returned or deactivated once delivered, we enforce a strict no-refund policy.

2. Try Before You Buy

To ensure Gaugebit meets your requirements and runs correctly on your system configuration, we offer a fully functional Standard Free Edition. We strongly recommend downloading and testing the Free Edition before upgrading to Pro.

Test system compatibility and hardware polling performance.
Evaluate the CPU, GPU, RAM, and Network overlay widgets on your desktop.
Ensure the application starts with Windows and minimizes to the tray as desired.

3. Exceptions

Refunds are only evaluated under the following exceptional circumstances:

Double Purchase: If you accidentally purchase the same lifetime license multiple times, please reach out to us with both transaction IDs for a refund of the duplicate charge.
Defective License Key: If your generated license key fails to activate the application and our support team is unable to resolve the issue or replace the key within 7 business days.

4. Payment Processing Disputes

Our payment gateway, Dodo Payments, securely processes all transaction payments. Initiating chargebacks without contacting support first violates our Terms of Service and will result in the immediate and permanent revocation of your activated license key.
